What you'll do:
- Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker to learn the business inside and out
- Make calls and establish relationships to build your client base
- Close new and existing customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
What you need:
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office

- Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service
- College degree preferred
