This is a full-time, on-site Paint Manager position located in Chattanooga, TN. The Paint Manager will oversee daily operations of the paint department, ensure quality control, and maintain adherence to required production schedules and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of professionals, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, maintaining efficient workflows, and collaborating across departments to meet operational goals.
