Duties
- Receives incoming telephone calls and visitors, determines the nature of business, and tactfully refer calls to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with receipt and distribution of incoming mail for the agency
- Communicates with court reporters and external customers to schedule telephone conference and in-person and video hearings
Experience
- Prior office experience or clerical experience is preferred, experience in legal assistance
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of calendar management, data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices is beneficial
