- Work on complex international investment transactions, including those involving investment funds, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment agreements and related legal documents.
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to sovereign wealth and private equity investments.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage aspects of investment transactions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on international investment matters.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in either New York or Washington, D.C.
- 3 years of experience in investment funds, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Strong experience with complex international investment transactions.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.
