Job Description

We are representing a well-respected, global law firm seeking a Senior Capital Markets Associate to join their Pittsburgh office. This opportunity offers the chance to take on significant responsibility in corporate and securities law, focusing on public company securities offerings and SEC reporting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage public securities offerings and advise clients on SEC reporting compliance.
• Work on sophisticated finance transactions and corporate governance matters for public companies.
• Draft and review key corporate documents, including securities registration statements, periodic filings, and other related documents.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers and assume increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing guidance on a variety of capital markets issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in corporate and securities law, with a strong focus on public company securities offerings and SEC compliance.
• Proven experience with finance transactions and corporate governance matters related to public companies.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $265,000 – $350,000/year (based on experience and qualifications). Discretionary bonuses may also apply.
