Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in private investment fund formation
- Strong knowledge of structuring, drafting, and negotiating fund documents and LPAs
- Experience advising fund managers on compliance, regulatory filings, and investor communications
- Exposure to Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) licensing is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with private offering memoranda and marketing documentation
- JD from an accredited law school; licensed in the jurisdiction of preferred office
- High-quality work across a full spectrum of private funds
- Partner and client-facing role from day one
