Job Description

We are working with a respected national law firm seeking a junior-level corporate associate to join its Transactions Practice Group in either Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-value M&A transactions, corporate governance, and a range of commercial matters, while gaining direct exposure to partners, senior attorneys, and clients.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, financings, and general corporate work. This team values energy, collaboration, and a strong work ethic, and seeks attorneys who are eager to develop professionally in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in M&A, securities, and corporate governance.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Florida Bar admission (or willingness to secure timely admission).
• Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong academic credentials and a client-focused mindset.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $225,000 – $260,000, based on experience and qualifications.
