Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A and corporate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Manage complex due diligence processes and coordinate associates and paralegals on deal execution.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and strategic legal matters.
- Interface with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- 4–6 years of corporate/M&A transactional experience at a law firm.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage deal teams and coordinate complex transactions.
- Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing, with excellent academic credentials.
- Salary: $250,000–$280,000 (DOE)
