Six Lincoln is building a scaled, multi-brand apparel platform across wholesale, licensing, and direct-to-consumer. The business operates key partnerships with Kenneth Cole, Michael Strahan, Hickey Freeman, alongside its high-growth DTC brand investment The Perfect Jean (TPJ).
We are hiring a Senior Head of Merchandising & Sales to take full ownership of the commercial engine of the company — overseeing product strategy, merchandising, and revenue across all channels.
This role is designed for a senior operator who has run meaningful volume inside a branded or licensed apparel business and is looking to step into a role with broader ownership and direct impact.
- Own merchandising and sales across a multi-brand platform with significant existing scale
- Operate with direct visibility into leadership and decision-making
- Drive both wholesale and DTC growth within a business that is actively evolving and expanding
- Shape product, distribution, and category strategy in a way that is difficult to do inside larger, more siloed organizations
Merchandising & Product
- Set seasonal and long-term merchandising strategy across all brands
- Build assortments with a clear point of view on pricing, margin, and scale
- Identify whitespace across categories and drive expansion into new product areas
- Partner closely with design and production to ensure strong commercial execution
Sales & Distribution
- Own revenue across wholesale and DTC channels
- Maintain and grow relationships with major U.S. retailers and key accounts
- Lead the sales organization with a focus on accountability and performance
- Work cross-functionally to strengthen DTC growth and channel balance
Licensing & Brand Management
- Act as senior commercial lead for licensing partners (Kenneth Cole, Michael Strahan, Hickey Freeman)
- Ensure alignment between brand positioning and product output
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimize licensing partnerships
Performance & Execution
- Drive forecasting, inventory management, and sell-through performance
- Use data to inform decision-making across merchandising and sales
- Build structure and discipline in processes while maintaining speed
- Currently operating at a senior level within a branded apparel company, licensing platform, or major wholesale-driven business
- Has owned or materially influenced a multi-category business with meaningful revenue responsibility
- Deep familiarity with U.S. retail landscape and key accounts
- Strong product instincts paired with clear commercial judgment
- Looking to move into a role with broader scope, faster decision-making, and direct accountability
- Base salary starting at $200,000
