Part-time (16-24 hours a week), Monday-Sunday flexibility needed, 11pm-7am, $15-16

As a Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk person, you will work independently to care for each guest’s needs, process arrivals and departures, monitor and uphold safety measures, and perform responsibilities assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor. Your organization, communication skills, and attention to detail directly contribute to guest satisfaction and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments.
- Monitor the property for safety and security, reporting any concerns to management.
- Prepare the hotel for the next day, including completing daily audit tasks and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
