Position Overview:
Enbridge is seeking a highly motivated PMO Analyst II to serve as a key liaison between Project and Delivery Teams. This role will facilitate coordination across program activities, ensure timely communication of scheduling conflicts, and provide critical support to program planning, reporting, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing complex programs or projects within a PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate reviews of integrated project plans and manage changes effectively.
- Prepare and deliver management reports on progress against plan, both at team and overall program levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure project plans remain current and align with defined timelines.
- Liaise with Program Teams to communicate scheduling opportunities and constraints.
- Identify and manage forward resource plans using the program schedule.
- Collate, manage updates, and review program risks and issues.
- Assist in preparing content for team meetings, Steering Board reviews, and documenting associated actions and agreements.
- Syndicate relevant information within the team and to all stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate milestone and delivery reporting to Program Leads and key stakeholders.
- Utilize appropriate tools to support program processes and delivery.
- Support PMO Manager in ensuring smooth program execution.
- Assist in creation of program/project plans, identification of products, activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource scheduling.
- Identify planning risks and track delivery against the program plan.
- Conduct periodic assessments of process maturity, cost, and efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage and accessibility of portfolio, program, and project documentation.
- Ensure the use of correct tools and templates for documentation.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in PMO or project management support roles.
- Strong experience in project planning, reporting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
