Project Administrative Manager III
Onsite - Haslett, MI - Mon & Thurs
Onsite - Warren, MI - Tues
Possible Remote - Wed & Fri
1 year contract - high possibility of extension
* Support large-scale projects for major pipeline construction
* Provide administrative support to an office of up to 30 staff, including project managers and engineers
* Manage office suppliers: Inventory, ordering, and tracking
* Assist Document Controls with project closeout items
* Coordinate events and meetings using Outlook calendar
* Prepare offices and conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness and preparing refreshments
* Support developing presentations for internal and external use
* Facilitate project updates, distribute meetings agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes
* Open office at 7:30 AM; standard 8-hour days with potential 10-hour days during peak construction
* Adapt daily duties based on seasonal project needs.
* Oversee contract janitorial and maintenance services
* With limited direction work independently and be self-motivated,
* Strong communication: Project assistants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate across teams
* Organizational skills: detail-oriented and efficient multitasking
* Technical proficiency: must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Preferred software familiarity: ProjectWise and Unifier
* Preferred pipeline construction knowledge: understanding of industry practices and terminology
* Minimum associate's degree required
