Job Title: Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk
Location: San Jose, CA- Onsite
Contract: 9 Months Contract with possible extension
Payrate : $33-$36.70/h on W2.
NOTE:
Looking for someone familiar with purchase order processing / finance / accounting for engineering organizations.
Experience with Ariba, SAP, and other finance tools preferred.
Job Description:
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, etc., and prepares payments. Maintains all payment or other transaction records.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
0–2 years of experience in the field or in a related area; familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Salary : $33 - $37
