Current Open Roles Include
Sales Associate β Personal & Commercial Lines
Responsible for handling incoming new business inquiries and proactively generating new personal and commercial insurance opportunities. This role focuses on consultative selling, quoting, and binding coverage, with commission potential after onboarding.
Account Representative β Commercial Lines Insurance
Provides service and support to existing commercial lines clients, including policy changes, renewals, certificates, and carrier coordination. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy managing complex commercial accounts.
Account Representative β Personal Lines Insurance
Supports and services individual and family insurance clients, handling endorsements, renewals, and coverage questions while identifying cross-sell opportunities to round out accounts.
General Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License (Required).
Experience in personal lines, commercial lines, or insurance sales, depending on role.
Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients and carriers.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented agency.
Familiarity with insurance Agency Management Systems (AMS) preferred.
