Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and other specialized treatments.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Create a calm, safe, and therapeutic environment for guests.
- Maintain treatment rooms according to spa cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Accurately document treatments and guest preferences.
- Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
- Work collaboratively with spa and resort team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Current New Hampshire Massage Therapy license in good standing.
- Previous spa, resort, or wellness center experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
