Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately - Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience - Clear tables and clean up after guests leave - Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other high-touch surfaces regularly - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software is a plus - Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation - Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to build rapport with guests and provide excellent guest relations - Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.
