Bartender/Server

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails for our guests. This position requires excellent time management skills, knowledge of various drink recipes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and adherence to age restrictions - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and cocktail preparation techniques - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to handle high-volume situations while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Skills: - Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Catering: Understanding of catering operations and ability to provide beverage service at events - Hospitality: Commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for accurate cash handling - Food industry: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices within the industry - Bartending: Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing methods - Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant operations, including teamwork and collaboration - Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service If you are a skilled Bartender with a passion for mixology and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
