Assembly Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions accurately, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, fixtures, and measuring devices according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and production documentation to ensure accurate product assembly.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to verify quality standards and identify defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Support production schedules by meeting quality and productivity goals while minimizing waste and rework.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or other industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
