About The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Amazon Category Specialist to join our eCommerce team and take ownership of key Smart Home product categories.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn data into action — optimizing listings, scaling advertising, and driving conversion within Amazon’s ecosystem. You’ll play a direct role in growing revenue on one of the world’s largest online marketplaces.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own performance end-to-end — from visibility to conversion to inventory health.
This is an Onsite role M-F 9am-6pm.

Requirements
What You’ll Own
Category Ownership
- Manage and grow assigned Smart Home product categories on Amazon
- Drive sales performance through data-driven decisions and execution
- Plan and execute promotions (Prime Day, deals, coupons, seasonal events)
- Own and optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns
- Allocate budgets based on performance and category priorities
- Optimize product listings including:
- Titles, bullet points, and backend keywords
- A content and product imagery
- Improve conversion rates while reducing return rates
- Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and reviews
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities within the category
- Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics:
- Traffic, conversion rate, sales (POS)
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability
- Partner with internal teams to support forecasting and replenishment
- Help prevent stockouts and overstock situations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college
- 1 Year of experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Ads.
- Prior internship or project experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, pivot tables, large datasets)
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Brand Analytics.
Salary range: $70K - $100K annually (depending on experience)
