POSITION: TTNA Information Technology Helpdesk Specialist (2nd Shift) 4:00pm-1:00am
This position is responsible for imaging, deploying, and managing Toyotetsu’s computing inventory as well as providing local and remote helpdesk support.

Position Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

Managing and tracking computer and mobile device inventory

Imaging and deploying computer and mobile device inventory

Provide local and remote helpdesk support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications

Local IT project liaison for TTNA IT
-
Deploy and Manage hardware and software for collaboration environments
-
Administration of Microsoft 365 Applications
-
Print Server Administration
-
Maintains quality service by following organization standards

Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements

Associate in CS, CIS, MIS or equivalent in structured training
-
Computer hardware or software related certification a plus

Microsoft Operating Systems
