Description
Reporting to the TTMA Human Resources Assistant Manager, this position is responsible for supporting Toyotetsu America, a 1st - shift, 800 team member automotive manufacturing facility over HR and policy administration and team member relations.

Position Responsibilities Cover Multiple Areas of HR and Can Include the Following:
●Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
●Assist Team Members, Team Leaders, and Group Leaders in solving work-related problems.
●Assist in recruitment efforts for salaried and hourly team members.
●Coordinate team member relations, coach supervisory, and management group for effective team member relations.
●Administer various HR programs, perform HR system administration, and performance management process.
●Conduct internal investigations.
●Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
●Assist with company activities.
●Monitor progress of new Team Members.
This is an onsite position that is ineligible for remote work.
Qualifications

●Proficient personal computer and system software skills, Paycom experience is a plus.
