- Conduct research and gather information related to titles
- Process title requests and ensure accuracy of information
- Prepare title reports and summaries for internal use
- Maintain organized records and documentation of title transactions
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration via Dealertrack
- Check for accuracy in the application and supporting tag and title paperwork
- process yearly renewal of rental plates
- Process any checks due related to tag and title
- Bill out dealer trades and Prepare certificates of origin as necessary
- Other tasks as assigned
