Job description:
Toyota Salinas has an immediate opening for a full time experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk. Previous automotive dealership Accounts Payable experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Post invoices
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in the system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Cut miscellaneous checks
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
- Proficient in Excel
