Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Accounting department
In this position, you will:
- Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.

Key Accountabilities
- Complete all tasks pertaining to monthly billing, research discrepancies, maintain and reconcile membership accounts
- Perform daily review of guest ledger accounts, alerting management of potential credit risks and document deficiencies
- Process credit card charge backs and returned checks
- Ensure correct daily revenue is posted
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 2 years of similar work experience required
- Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger systems, preferably OPERA and Sun Accounting
- Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
