Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally
- Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries via telephone, email and text in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth flow of communication with potential clients
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships’ standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Previous customer service, sales or call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
