Pay: $22.50 - $37.00 per hour depending on Toyota Certification status.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to perform skilled repair work on automotive equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and operating problems in automotive equipment
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Estimate cost of repairs
- Document services performed
- Follow “Fix It Right the First Time” standards, ensuring quality repairs and cleanliness of vehicles
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
- Advance/maintain ASE standards
- Request necessary parts
- Follow safeguard rules and regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Toyota Certification required
- High level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed
- Working knowledge of techniques/procedures to diagnose vehicles
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance inspection techniques
- Ability to perform skilled repair work on automotive equipment
- Ability to operate complex computerized diagnostic equipment
- Professional appearance

- Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Toyota specific experience and/or Certification
