Toyota of Murfreesboro has a need for Automotive Oil Change Technicians. We have a career program for technicians, regardless of experience level. We are looking for highly motivated individuals ready to work in a fast-paced environment. As an oil change technician, you will perform basic services on vehicles and thorough multi-point inspections. This position is intended to be a starting point for your career in the Automotive Industry. We provide training for your position and a pathway to becoming a fully certified Toyota Technician.

- Perform basic maintenance needs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, wipers) according to the repair order for each vehicle
- Work in a high efficiency two-person team
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first
- Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns
- Ensures the customer’s needs are understood and met
- Prior experience is preferred
- Communication skills - communicates effectively with others
- Time management - managing one’s own time and time of others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
