Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk
Full-Time Mon – Fri / 8:00 – 4:00
- Daily Deposit – Sales/Parts & Service
- Accounts Payable / MFG Parts Stmt
- Accounts Receivable
- Process W-9’s
- Record and maintain 1099 information
- Process year end 1099 forms & reports
- Check all invoices for proper taxes
- Account / Schedule reconciliations

Qualifications
- Automotive Experience required
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Reynolds & Reynolds system experience
- Experience with Excel helpful but not necessary
