Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to sales leads through phone, text, and email in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit and test drive vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features and controls to customers to improve their ownership experience.
- Maintain relationships by following up with both sold and unsold leads.
- Create a positive and lasting customer experience through excellent service and support.

- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with consistent follow-up before and after sales.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to work independently, plan daily activities, and collaborate with the team.
- Strong negotiation skills and professional demeanor.
- Integrity, strong character, and a strong desire to succeed.
Business attire is required for interviews.
