Automotive Internet Sales Consultant - Toyota Dealership
Puente Hills Toyota is seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Internet Sales Consultant to join our high volume, performance oriented team. This role is critical in converting digital opportunities into showroom traffic and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to 80–100 inbound internet leads per month with urgency and professionalism
- Execute and adhere to a proven internet sales process to drive appointments and conversions
- Proactively contact current customers and new prospects via phone, text, and email
- Identify customer needs and secure showroom or virtual appointments
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM to ensure 100% lead accountability
- Collaborate effectively with sales managers, BDC, and dealership staff
- Establish and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Consistently work to improve appointment set, show, and closing ratios
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and process driven mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, performance-based environment
- Team oriented with a commitment to delivering top tier customer experience
- Ability to meet or exceed established KPIs and sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Valid California Vehicle Sales License (or ability to obtain)
