The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner who brings enthusiasm, decisiveness, strong decision-making ability and HR expertise to the table. You will be an integral part of driving organizational effectiveness, managing talent, and ensuring that the business is equipped with the resources and strategies it needs to succeed while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Partner with departmental leaders to drive key initiatives such as organizational engagement, culture, transformation, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning. Proactively manage talent movement across the organization, including overseeing the intra-company transfer (ICT) program. Guide associates on career development, performance management, and talent retention strategies. Identify and implement solutions to enhance the employee experience by partnering with leaders on engagement initiatives, performance management, and career development. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and values. Assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the business. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and promoting a diverse workforce. Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and support the design and delivery of programs to foster associate development. Provide ongoing leadership coaching and development opportunities. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a fair and transparent corrective action/discipline process. Conduct effective and thorough investigations when needed. Assist with the orientation program to welcome new associates, ensuring they understand the company’s culture, policies, and procedures. Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews. Manage the annual performance review process, providing support to leaders on performance management. Lead the merit and bonus process, ensuring alignment with the organization’s performance-based culture and compensation strategy. Monitor workplace practices to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws. Provide interpretation and guidance on policies, partnering with the legal department as necessary. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR initiatives and work collaboratively with leadership teams. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $83,340 - $118,500 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
