The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Litigation Paralegal who brings enthusiasm, decisiveness, strong decision-making ability and litigation expertise to the table, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with discovery, including collecting, reviewing, and preparing documents for production. Assist with legal filings and service. Assist with case planning and strategy. Maintain litigation files per requirements. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and track the status of litigation. What We’re Looking For: Five or more years of experience supporting litigation. Experience managing discovery. Strong organizational, documentation, time management, and interpersonal skills. What Sets You Apart: Paralegal certification. Litigation experience with product liability cases. A degree in a business or law-related field. Notary public license. Where and When You’ll Work: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Greene, New York office and work remotely two to three times per week, following your onboarding period. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Wage - $28.62 - $40.73 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
