Ensure EMS/QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties

Able to negotiate effectively with customer (PPM)
- Proven leadership ability
- Bachelors degree in related technical field and 5 years equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of working with customer drawings
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Decision making skills
- Experience working in automotive industry
- Experience with ISO9001\QS9000\TS16949
- Good customer relations
- Experience w/ calibration requirements
- Experience with product testing
- Root cause analysis skills
- Experience with capability studies
- Experience with Control Plans & PPAP’s
- Problem solving skills
