Entry Level Discovery Review Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Discovery Review Specialist to support our legal team in complex litigation matters. The role focuses on reviewing and organizing legal documents, identifying key information, and supporting attorneys in case preparation. Training will be provided.

Duties

• Review and analyze legal documents, including medical and corporate records
• Tag documents for relevance, key issues, and confidentiality
• Organize and manage files using internal systems and SharePoint
• Assist with tracking document productions and maintaining logs
• Identify important documents to support case development
• Follow structured workflows and review guidelines with accuracy

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant coursework in legal studies, criminal justice, or a related field preferred (or current student)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• Willingness to learn legal concepts and document review processes

Preferred (Not Required)

• Internship or coursework related to law, research, or administrative support
• Familiarity with document management systems or legal software
• Experience working with data entry, filing, or records management
