Job Summary
Under the direction of the Construction Official and Subcode Official, the Inspectors have the technical responsibility for administering and the adopted NJ Codes as amended by the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code within the specific jurisdiction.
This position provides inspection and ensures conformance & compliance with the regulated codes. The position ensures the health, safety and welfare of the general public using and/or owning commercial/residential buildings and structures. Township vehicle provided for inspections.
Pay: $77,000.00 per year
