Job Overview
Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a strong foundation in residential and light-commercial electrical systems. You'll handle a wide range of installations, diagnostics, and repairs while working with a team that values innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in residential and light-commercial environments
- Diagnose issues and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Install and maintain wiring systems, panels, breakers, outlets, and lighting
- Troubleshoot systems using standard testing tools and methods
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Coordinate work with clients and team members to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Accurately document work completed and materials used
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, installation, and repairs
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing situations
- Highly adaptable and motivated to continue learning and improving
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
