Pay Rate:
Group 1 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
This group includes cafeteria, clerical, technology workers, and custodial high school students (and graduates who have not yet started college) who work during the school year and summer. All students age 18 and over shall be placed at Step 4.
Step 1 - $13.75 Step 2 - $14.25 Step 3 - $14.75 Step 4 - $15.00
Group 2 COLLEGE STUDENTS
This group includes full-time clerical, technology workers, custodial, painters, and grounds positions in the summer and on a part-time or substitute basis during the school year.
Step 1 - $16.50 Step 2 - $17.00 Step 3 - $17.50 Step 4 - $18.00
Benefits: Not Eligible for Benefits

Description:
Township High School District 211 is seeking responsible, motivated individuals to fill temporary summer positions in one of two areas:
- Building & Grounds (Custodial and Grounds Maintenance):
- Assist with general custodial tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and moving furniture
- Support grounds maintenance including lawn care, weeding, and outdoor cleanup
- Work under the supervision of Building & Grounds staff to ensure facilities are prepared for the new school year
- Clerical Support:
- Provide assistance in school offices including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Answer phones and assist with general office operations
- Work under the supervision of school or district administrative personnel
- Must be at least 16 years of age or possess a work permit if under 16 years of age
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Prior work experience or interest in custodial, maintenance, or clerical work preferred, but not required
- Monday through Friday
- Hours may vary by location and assignment
