Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois .
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal health regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in computer skills for record-keeping and health data management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the school campus.
- Ability to drive to school buildings as needed
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Perform first aid and emergency care as needed.
