Position: Service Technician - HVAC Gas
Pay: $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:00pm

What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting for residential gas - HVAC equipment
- Work with propane, gas, and electric heating/cooling units, including heat pumps, mini-split systems, and boiler systems
- Deliver high-quality support and communication to customers
- Advise homeowners on equipment options, system operation, and recommended products
- Communicate with technical support teams to assist with diagnostics and problem-solving
- Analyze electrical schematics, wiring layouts, and blueprints
- Utilize a tablet regularly for job documentation, scheduling, and service records
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC service experience
- MA Gas license
- Experience consulting customer with repair and replace decisions
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification - Desired
- Certificate from a HVAC Technical School - Desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
