Position: Residential Drain Technician
Pay Range: $28.00- $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Horus: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
Location: Danvers, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out residential drain cleaning using drain snakes, augers, and related equipment.
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and similar components.
- Inspect and troubleshoot drain problems, explain repair or replacement options to customers, and complete the required work.
- Advise homeowners on recommended repairs, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance to help avoid future issues.
- Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
- Adhere to company safety policies and plumbing industry best practices during every service visit.
- Prepare detailed service records, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning or residential plumbing.
- Proficient in safely operating drain cleaning machines and equipment.
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more.
- Understanding of basic plumbing systems and repair techniques.
- Able to work in confined or restricted spaces when necessary.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Willing to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Currently enrolled in a plumbing trade program or interested in pursuing plumbing training.
- Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
