Drain Service Technician | $28.00- $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:
- Performed residential drain cleaning services using snakes, and augers
- Replace toilets, sinks and other fixtures as needed
- Diagnosed drain issues, consult with customers on repairs / replacements needed and conduct the work
- Recommended repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers
- Maintained tool and equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Followed company safety procedures and industry standards on all service calls
- Completed accurate job reports, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing
- Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- In trade school for plumbing or interested in schooling for plumbing
- MA plumbing apprentice license - desired, but not required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $28 - $35
