Overview
We are looking for a dependable, people-focused employee who excels at organization and communication. You will be the main contact point for customers and will be a key role in coordinating the repairs and repair process while their car is in the shop.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors, customers and staff with professionalism and friendliness
Handle a 2-line phone system where you will be taking phone calls from insurance companies, rental car companies and customers.
Give periodic repair updates to customers
Call insurance companies on payment/ approval updates
Scheduling repair appointments
Checking customers in on scheduled repair dates
Making sure customers have filled out all required paperwork
Keeping up with office supplies
While busy, we are a generally laid back environment whose main focus is customer satisfaction and quality repairs. You'll be working closely with experienced appraisers and technicians who support each other and keep everyone in the loop where possible.
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
