Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
