We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a delightful breakfast experience for our guests. You will prepare and present breakfast items, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to ensure a tidy dining environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management.
Skills
- Culinary skills with experience in food preparation or cooking preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Aloha POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
