Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to provide exceptional service and maintain the safety and security of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm while ensuring all operational procedures are efficiently executed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with warm, friendly service.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and account reconciliations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property.
- Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns with calm professionalism and swift action.
- Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other administrative documentation.
- Support guest services by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create a welcoming environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, security protocols, and hotel policies.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail.
