Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
- Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Assist with night audit procedures when required to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Familiarity with front desk software systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures and guest services best practices
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual proficiency if applicable
