Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and residents.
• Follow established health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe environment for all staff and visitors.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
• Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding cleanliness standards, security procedures, and guest privacy.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain overall facility hygiene.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
