Responsibilities

• Operate industrial laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and ironing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry items with precision and care.
• Manage special cleaning requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
• Follow established procedures for handling delicate or sensitive items to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and guest items.

Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, including washing machines, dryers, and pressing tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
