WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a full-time role at Townplace Inn in West Valley City, UT. The schedule is designed to meet the operational needs of the hotel, ensuring the property is maintained throughout the week.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As the Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, you will begin each day by reviewing and addressing maintenance work orders to ensure prompt and effective service for our guests. You will oversee preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance of the property to uphold standards of safety and comfort. You will also be responsible for maintaining the hotel's pool in accordance with health department regulations. Additionally, your duties will include ensuring the safety and security of the hotel grounds and building, keeping the landscaping neat and attractive, and assisting in the management and planning of the maintenance budget.
HOTEL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and experience of physical plant maintenance and physical plant protection
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
