Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold cleanliness standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Proven experience in guest services or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations will be considered a strong asset.
